Happy Birthday

This card I made for the challenge at Stamping 411.  It's another sketch challenge.  Here is the sketch I was following:



And here is my take on the sketch.  Cardstock and stamps are Stampin' Up.  Fish is coloured with Stampin' Up markers.  A cute, fun card!!
